Increased Website Traffic by 526% & CTR by 84% Through a Rebrand & New WordPress Website.

CloudAdvisors is a digital marketplace for HR leaders to purchase and benchmark employee benefit plans. As the Product Marketing Manager, I led a company rebrand, wrote new positioning and messaging for all content channels, and taught myself WordPress to rebuild the website to generate inbound leads.

Driving MQL Acquisition

CloudAdvisors’ website lacked targeted messaging and landing pages to direct leads, causing MQLs to drop off from the funnel before conversion. I rebuilt the website with SEO principles, user feedback, GA4 tracking, ad retargeting, and sales team needs in mind.

The Problem

CloudAdvisors’ website leveraged stock imagery and outdated copywriting. They had no landing pages, no CTAs, and no option for leads to create an account without speaking to sales. Together, these issues culminated in an average bounce rate of 85% and conversion rate of 0%.

My Solution

I worked with a visual design agency and grew the marketing team to 5 members to rebrand CloudAdvisors. After gathering data from users, the sales team, and key stakeholders, I built a sitemap, wrote 16 pages of copy informed by our audience’s search habits, and built a new website in WordPress over 2 months.
